Data Deletion

Option A — disconnect from the Loop dashboard

1. 1.Log in to your Loop dashboard.
2. 2.Go to Integrations → Instagram DMs.
3. 3.Click Disconnect. Loop stops reading and replying to your direct messages immediately and deletes your access token. All remaining Instagram data for your account is deleted 30 days later.

Option B — remove Loop in Instagram and request deletion

1. 1.In Instagram, open your profile → Settings → Apps and websites (on the web: instagram.com/accounts/manage_access).
2. 2.Under Active, find STLR-IG (Loop by STLR) and choose Remove.
3. 3.When Instagram offers it, request that the app delete your data. Meta notifies us and we delete every Instagram record we hold for your account straight away — the connection, access token, conversations and messages. Instagram gives you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the deletion status.

Email info@st-lr.com with the restaurant's Instagram username and your own Instagram username, and we will delete the records of your conversation. Messages stay in your Instagram inbox and in the restaurant's inbox until you or they delete them there — we cannot delete messages from Instagram itself. Otherwise, conversation records are deleted automatically 12 months after the last message, and raw message records after 90 days.

• •Loop — on the restaurant's ordering website, open your profile → Account Settings → Delete my account, and confirm with the code we send you.
• •Stamps — delete your account from the Stamps app settings.
• •Any product — or email info@st-lr.com as described above.

Some records, such as order and invoice history, must be kept for tax and accounting purposes for the period set out in the Privacy Policy, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Messages we sent you on WhatsApp stay in your WhatsApp app until you delete them there. Meta deletes message content from its Cloud API within 30 days as part of its standard retention.
